There are hundreds and hundreds of house plans to choose from. It can be a bit overwhelming to sort through all of the various options, so it is a good idea to have some basic thoughts in mind before you start your search.
With our guidance we can help narrow the field and make your search more productive and efficient.
There are basically 4 options for selecting a set of house plans:
1. Use some of our own Custom Plans.
2. Purchase Completed Plans from a Plan Design Firm.
3. Modify a set of plans that closely meets your requirements.
4. Start from scratch with an architect.
No matter which option you choose, we will help you through the process every step of the way. This is a critical part of a successful project. No matter which builder you choose, it is a good idea to keep him or her involved as you develop and finalize your plans.
