We will work with the Customer to design the layout and amenities in the basement to your precise requirements. The final finishes for the basement should take only about 60 days to complete and can be done while the home is occupied. The purchase price includes an allowance to finish the basement with the same level of quality and attention to detail as the rest of the home.
